We provide IT and technology services to promote online games of skill, specifically online rummy, for real money as well as play-for-money games ("Services"). This sportrummy provides services solely to encourage gameplay on the site and for entertainment.
The sportrummy is not responsible for any acts that occur outside its scope. sportrummy will not accept refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.
Users must use any money in their account within 360 days.
After 361 (three hundred and sixty-one) days, we can directly forfeit any unused amount. You can only get your idle balance back in very special situations, which the company decides on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to the services
The services may vary from time to time as new services are added, existing services are substituted, or existing services are discontinued or suspended. Restricted Locations
People residing in India are the only ones eligible to play mobile games and access the services available on the platform. The platform prohibits participation in mobile games by persons residing in Assam, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, or Andhra Pradesh ("Restricted States"). Our company is not responsible for any user participating in games prohibited by the states, voluntarily or unwillingly.
User Validation
Users on sportrummy must undergo "User Validation." The KYC validation process in the application takes between 24 and 48 hours for the first-time user. The user must provide a copy of the PAN, a copy of the address proof, and banking details to prove their age, to ensure they are not from a restricted state, and to verify their bank accounts. You can't deposit or withdraw money from this platform unless you play the games. The KYC of a user will only be approved if they have played games previously. Winnings
- Awards will be pre-declared in the specific rules applicable to each contest at the time of registration. Tokens, cash, or promotional gifts may be awarded
- Once KYC (Know Your Customer) has been done, the user can only withdraw cash winnings to his or her bank or wallet account.
- KYC verification is required to make withdrawals from your account to your bank or wallet account. You can verify your KYC through the platform by providing the following information: (i) a photo of a valid government ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving License, and so on); and (ii) other User Details.
- A receipt is not issued for entries in the contests. On the platform, entries are accounted for within the account. Winnings must be credited to the user's account if the entries are accurate.
- The game-winner must pay any taxes, levies, duties, etc., that may apply to material prizes. On any winnings from any kind of game in India, 31.2% TDS should be deducted according to TDS (tax deducted at source) rules.
Breach and Consequences
If we find evidence that you're still using our sportrummy in a way that goes against our Terms of Service, or if we think that you're still using it in a way that hurts their interests, we reserve the right to do any or all of the following: Permanently suspend your user account.
Take appropriate civil actions to recover damages for breach of sportrummy's terms of service. Prosecute damage and violations that are equivalent to legal violations. Restrict access to our games by users suspected of cheating or colluding. You are barred from playing or registering on sportrummy in the future, as we reserve the right to restrict you from playing our online rummy games. We will take action solely based on your violation of our Terms of Service; the action will be final, decisive, and binding. We will do whatever we think is best without giving up our other legal and fair rights and options.
Governing Law, Dispute resolution and Jurisdiction
We follow, govern, interpret, and construe our terms of service in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, complaints, differences, etc., shall be resolved by arbitration under the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
