Refund policy:

sportrummy is not liable for any cancellation of a game. Any interruption or outage of online service caused by our service providers, computer viruses, contamination, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, or other unpredictable events will not be refunded.

Cash Games cancelled by our online rummy sites, including those caused by technical difficulties or unfair gameplay by your player(s), will be settled in accordance with the following policy:

Players who play rummy online accounts are credited back when their table balances exceed the amount at the beginning of the cancelled game. sportrummy may take additional actions against players engaging in collusion or cheating in points in rummy cash games.

Pool rummy cash games:

You will have to pay the total entry fees, minus our service fee, to get rid of players before a cancelled cash game round starts and divide them evenly among the remaining players after the cash game is cancelled.

Their entry fee will be refunded if a player collides or cheats in a pool rummy cash game. Collaborative or cheating players will be dealt with according to the terms and if further action is necessary for the opinion of sportrummy.

Tournaments:

All entry fees paid by players eliminated before the round during which the cash game was cancelled are distributed equally among the remaining players.

It may take further action if sportrummy suspects collusion or cheating in cash tournament games. A refund of other players' entry fees will be made, and any entry fees paid by players engaging in collusion or cheating will be handled according to the terms and further action deemed appropriate by the online rummy site.

The company may refund you in the following circumstances at its sole discretion:

Unutilized transactions or accidental transactions

A refund may be requested within four days of initiating a cash credit transaction in the event of an accidental deposit. If the request for a refund is genuine and there is enough cash in your account to cover the refund, we will process it within ten working days.

If a refund is made, it will only be made to the instrument used to carry out the cash credit transaction, and no requests for an alternative refund method will be honored under any circumstances.

Unutilized transactions/fraudulent transactions on online Rummy games

A fraudulent cash credit has been credited to your account that does not belong to you and is credited to another account that has not yet used the funds. When a refund request is verified as genuine by the company and a new account has the associated cash balance, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

We may collect your email address and the full contents of your email, including any attachments, if you send us an email or provide feedback through the sportrummy. Whenever you send an email notification through the sportrummy, we'll use and display your full name and email address. sportrummy may use this email address to inform you about new or expanded products and services offered by sportrummy.
